Builder at heart. Marketer by profession. Experimenter by nature.
₹2Cr+ in monthly media spend — and I still can't stop
asking "but what if we tried this instead?"
Started as a software engineer at Citrix. Realised I was more interested in what happens after the product ships — how it finds people, why they stay, what makes them spend more.
Made a deliberate switch to growth. Now I manage ₹2Cr+ in monthly media spend, use AI to analyse over 10 lakh data points a day, and drive revenue across channels — Meta, Google, affiliates, and beyond.
I also love leading people — mentored 500+ students, ran campus leadership roles, co-founded a startup. I pick interesting problems, not safe industries. Healthcare, D2C, ed-tech — the obsession stays the same.
Not everything worked. But every single one taught me something worth keeping.
Students kept asking for mentorship. I made videos instead. Started with career advice, pivoted to product reviews, ended with 50 AI videos in 50 days. Every format taught me something new about copywriting, video editing, and how to make people actually watch.
Watch on YouTube ↗Co-founded Upskill Valley to teach DSA, Marketing & Automation to students who couldn't afford bad advice. Hit $12K revenue. Co-founder left. Had to close it. Still one of the best things I've done — not because it succeeded, but because of what it demanded.
Set myself a challenge: one AI-related video every single day for 50 days. Part skill-building, part stubbornness. Learned video scripting, editing workflow, AI tool evaluation — and that consistency compounds faster than talent.
Behind the scenes on Instagram ↗At Shopdeck, took 500+ D2C accounts and did the unglamorous work — stripping every P&L down to real profitability. Removed logistics cost, marketing cost, product cost. Made 50+ brands actually profitable, not just revenue-positive. Growth that doesn't eat itself.
Managing performance marketing for all of Practo India — the engine that keeps the business profitable. ₹2Cr+/month across Meta, Google, affiliates. Not just running ads — picking channels, maintaining margins, and building AI pipelines that surface what matters in 10L+ daily data points.
Had a stable software job at Citrix. Left it. On purpose. Most people thought it was risky. I thought it was the only logical thing to do once I realised I wanted to be on the other side of the product. No regrets.
The best ideas come from tinkering before everyone else catches up.
Analysing 10 lakh+ data points every single day using AI workflows. What used to take a team of analysts now takes minutes. Building systems that make better decisions faster than any human could.
ActiveExploring what's possible with AI-generated video before the mainstream catches up. Testing creative concepts, brand storytelling, and automation for content workflows that don't need a full production team.
ExperimentingEvery manual, repetitive task I find — I build an automation for it. From reporting pipelines to lead routing to creative briefing workflows. Goal: spend human time on human decisions, not spreadsheet maintenance.
OngoingI'm a builder who figures things out and drives revenue through the right channels. I love solving challenging problems — not just the comfortable ones. I love leading people, sharing what I know, and watching others grow. I pick niches strategically, not emotionally. And I'm always building something on the side, even when I don't have to.
